The review does mention the amount of levels. Here is a quote from the review:
“However, the game contains 64 levels with the later levels containing over five locations and at least 10 objects in each one. In other words, Hidden Relics lasts a long time.”
I didn’t count the levels but I do know the game ends when you get to chapter 10 and in the last chapter you have to find 190 objects and you have to visit every single location.

I thought this game was Super Fun!…The story kept me glued to the game until I finished it…The secret items are tough at times, but once I found them all, I felt like the Master of Hidden Object Games! =)
